My name is Jessica Lyons. I am the owner and LMT at Central Texas Massage and Bodyworks. I received my Massage Therapist License and Spa Practitioner Certification in 2003. I immediately started practicing and continued to further my education. I have to thank all of my client's for making me the therapist I am today! My client's have taught me a lot with the varieties of injuries, ailments, or simply if the treatment is just to maintain their healthy lifestyle. I enjoy working on different problems and figuring how to resolve them. My style of massage is a combination of Swedish Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sport's Massage and Spa Therapies. I listen to what each client say's about their aches, pains, and concerns they have for their body to further customize a massage that will deliver the results they are seeking for within their session. I have two beautiful kid's that are my world and I strive to be the best mother I can be. I hope both of my children will follow their dreams as I have followed mine in practicing in my own massage clinic.
